During our Google Partners Connect workshop we learned that you’ve worked l really hard to build you’re brand, products, services, and business. Now, we should let the web work for YOU. A whopping 88% of consumers are researching items online and then buying in a physical store. Google Partners can help you increase your items sold, phone calls, foot traffic, appointments booked. Businesses that make use of the web expect to grow 40% faster than those that don’t.
Matt Lawson -Director of Performance Ads Marketing discussed the intersection of mobile and consumer behavior. Winning in mobile requires that we shift our thinking from one where we’re thinking like a technologist to a mindset of psychologist. In order to win in mobile today we have to look out how media has changed in the last few years. We have millions of websites, posts, tweets, snaps and chats. We’re tuning in more than ever and in control of our own media choices. Matt also said that Micro-Moments are the new ‘I want to know’, ‘I want to go’, ‘I want to do’, ‘I want to buy now’ moments. Google helps advertisers unpack these moments. In the last year alone, mobile conversion rates have risen 29% making decisions faster.
